​"I recently faced a stressful situation during my trip to Somnath and dwarka with my Tata Safari XZA+(O) when the vehicle suddenly displayed a malfunction light, disabled the cruise control, and began shifting gears at unusually high RPMs. It was a major concern on the road, but the service team at Tata handled it perfectly. ​Upon inspection, it was discovered that the crankshaft pulley had failed, affecting the timing belt and triggering the car's 'Limp Home Mode' to protect the engine. ​A special thanks to Service Manager Yogesh ji. He was incredibly helpful and transparent throughout the process. He correctly diagnosed the issue and ensured that all critical components were replaced under warranty without any hassle. ​The car is now back to its refined state—the engine is quiet, and the automatic gear shifts are back to being seamless.
