I encountered a couple of hiccups related to service and insurance, but once the issues were identified, the team was quick and cooperative in resolving them. Many thanks to the team, and I wish them continued success in their great work. Again on 5th October, I am having same issue. I don't know in which world I will get permanent solution to my problem. I appreciate that the team is following up all the reviews & issues of customer. Update on 9th Nov., Great Improvement. They sorted out my issue & got my co-passenger seat replaced. Well done I would say from team & management. As a customer I am fully satisfied.
