Nice experience as compared to few another TATA service centres. Priyanka mam was very prompt in scheduling the appointment for my Nexon EV 3rd service. The staff is quite prompt and systematic. Good reception area and waiting lounge. Service Advisor Mujakkir was very polite and responsive. He understood all my inputs and most of the issues were resolved after service. Only scope of improvement is with the delivery experience which was delayed quite a bit. Else, it was a nice and surprising experience. 👍
