Mangesh is very good and supportive service

I recently got my Tata Nexon serviced at the Garve Tata Motors service center in Hinjewadi, and the overall experience was excellent. I had previously used their Tathawade branch, but this time I chose the Hinjewadi location for the convenience of dropping the car in the morning and picking it up in the evening after office hours. The staff was courteous and professional throughout. Mr. Mangesh was very polite and helpful, and Deepali Ma'am took the time to explain every detail of the service process clearly and thoroughly, which I truly appreciated. I highly recommend this service center to fellow Tata car owners. Just ensure you book your appointment well in advance to avoid any delays. A few suggestions for improvement: the coffee machine was not operational during my visit, and the television in the waiting area was switched off. Addressing these minor issues would enhance the overall customer experience.
