It was great experience with my delivery. Thanks to executive Mr Aravind for helping and making it smooth.

It was really very nice experience with tata motors, Tathawade branch. My Tata Nexon was facing Battery draining issue, it was very complicated to understand the problem first, but customer executive Rohit Mane had listened the problem very carefully and proactively shared the possible ways to resolve this issue and what can be done , Rohit is very polite and good in nature while interaction also reflect his work experience while communicating to the point. When I reached very late in workshop, he was waiting their for me, and he put up battery issue to company and replaced vehicle battery with new battery in good faith. Actually I am not expecting this much. As a tata customer, I am very happy with the service due to such nice experience .
