When I contacted Mr. Santhosh Kumar, he was very welcoming, listened patiently to my concern, and immediately took steps to have the issue checked and resolved. Although the issue appeared to be resolved initially, the unusual sound returned after some time. As the problem persisted, I had to bring the vehicle back to the service centre on several occasions. What stood out throughout this process was Mr. Santhosh Kumar's patience and willingness to look into the matter each time. He never made me feel that my repeated visits were a burden and consistently treated the concern with seriousness.
