I had a great experience with the NCS Tata team in Cherthala. The service team was prompt in responding to my calls and provided timely roadside assistance. A special thanks to Mr. Jimson for his exceptional support and professionalism. Kudos to the entire team for their dedication and effort!

The service station is pretty well equipped and the sales team are on top of their game. My car needed some parts for its maintenance but sadly the wait for parts of a reputable car of Tata motors is around 2 weeks. Thereby felt a bit uneasy because of the long wait and I hope NCS can do a better job at this next time around.
