Gujarat to Kullu — Tata Service Experience Was Fantastic 🚘 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently purchased my new Tata car from Gujarat just 10 days ago, and being a Gujarati, I was a little nervous while planning our trip to Kullu. Since the car was new and nearing 1900 km, it was time for the first service. While travelling, we were honestly worried about where to get the service done, how the response would be, and whether everything would be handled properly or not. But after visiting NG Automobiles, Kullu, all our worries completely disappeared. The response and hospitality from the team were truly outstanding. A special thanks to Ms. Sonam Negi for her kind and professional support over the call, and also to Service Advisor Mr. Mridul Sir for being extremely helpful, polite, and supportive throughout the entire process. Even though our vehicle was from Gujarat, they treated us like family and made us feel completely comfortable. Since this was my car’s very first service, I wanted everything to be perfect — and thankfully, the Tata team delivered an amazing experience. The car was serviced properly, cleaned perfectly, vacuumed nicely, and every detail was handled professionally. I am genuinely very satisfied and happy with the experience. I would highly recommend all Tata owners, especially my Gujarati brothers visiting Himachal or Kullu, to visit NG Automobiles, Kullu, for their vehicle service.
