I took my car for its first service after booking an appointment the previous day and was pleasantly surprised by the overall service experience. The service centre is neatly organized, the customer waiting area is clean with good AC, and the service advisor Mr. Naresh are friendly and helpful. The team had also managed to complete the service and deliver the car back to me on the same day, even completing the under chassis paint, silencer coating treatment I had ordered in addition to the car service. When I received the car, it had been washed and vacuumed. Overall, a premium experience from PPS TATA
