Tata Motors Cars Service Centre - Prathammalik Auto Matrix, Tolichowki Road

Many thanks to the Ravi Raju diagnostic engineer for promptly resolving my software update problem. I had been having this problem since the second service from the Madhapur service center, and they were unable to find a solution. I own the fearless +S version of the top-end Nexon variant. In infotainment, they used a creative variant of OS instead of the fearless version. i faced similar issue at the time of my purchase. They kept car for 3 days in service center and fixed the issue saying that silver box issue. harman team will come and fix it. It is not the silver box problem; rather, it is the service center employees' ignorance.

Thanks to govindaraju and sowjanya for the good job done for my car which had a minor accident it took month's time to deliver but they perfectly given my new car ..excellent service and utmost care they took but minor mistakes need to be correct so didn't given 5 star... But they provide a good service..thanks prathammallik auto and Sowjanya for the efforts.
