Tata Motors Cars Service Centre - Prerana Motors, Hongasandra

Based on my personal experience, the Kudlu Gate Tata Service Center is far better than other Tata service centers in Bangalore. The staff here are very professional and supportive. I travel all the way from Mysore Road to Kudlu Gate purely because of the excellent service and the people. I visited this center for system updates and my car’s second service, and they have truly built my trust. A special thanks to Mr. Arun, who has been managing my car service appointments so far—he is extremely professional, reliable, and someone you can genuinely trust. Unlike other Tata service centers in Bangalore that did not respond to my requests for system updates and only suggested paid services, Prerna Motors, Kudlu Gate, supported and helped by promptly providing an appointment. This is exactly how they earn permanent customers. Thank you to the entire team for the great service!
