    Review for Tata Service Center – Exceptional Service by Rajesh Mane & Saleem I recently visited the Tata service center and was thoroughly impressed with the improvements in service quality. A year ago, I had a disappointing experience under the previous management, where my car was kept for a month without any work done. When I finally got it back, it was dusty, dented, and in worse condition than before. However, things have changed significantly under the leadership of General Manager Rajesh Mane and Service Advisor Saleem. The service center has expanded, resolving the space constraints that previously made it crowded and inefficient. The overall service process is now much more streamlined and customer-friendly. Rajesh Mane has brought in a professional approach, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Saleem was extremely helpful and transparent throughout my service experience, keeping me informed about the work being done on my car. The improvements in efficiency, communication, and overall customer satisfaction are evident. I truly appreciate the positive changes and highly recommend this service center for a hassle-free experience. Kudos to the team!
