Tata Motors Cars Service Centre - Puneet Cars, Saki Naka Andheri East

I feel Puneet cars is the extreme opposite of what Tata is notorious for in terms of service. I got my Nexon serviced today. Even though it was my 1st service, what truly amazing was the behaviour of entire staff, right from reception, service advisor (Qayum Shaikh), mechanic and car washing staff. They took all my requests in terms of cleaning, little details, etc. while attending to the car. I stayed at the service centre for 5 hrs during this and have to say that Puneet cars is one of the best service centres in Mumbai for Tata cars. Such service levels will truly determine the sales of Tata cars. Definitely coming back for my subsequent services.

Good support by staff and good advisors. Overall good experience. Saleem has been handling our car for the past two times and always gives good suggestions.
