A year ago, I had a disappointing experience under the previous management, where my car was kept for a month without any work done. When I finally got it back, it was dusty, dented, and in worse condition than before. However, things have changed significantly under the leadership of General Manager Rajesh Mane and Service Advisor Saleem. The service center has expanded, resolving the space constraints that previously made it crowded and inefficient. The overall service process is now much more streamlined and customer-friendly. Rajesh Mane has brought in a professional approach, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Saleem was extremely helpful and transparent throughout my service experience, keeping me informed about the work being done on my car. The improvements in efficiency, communication, and overall customer satisfaction are evident.
