I would like to write this review to Thank Rudra Motors wagholi for awesome experience of Tata Nano delivery. I would like to specially thank Mr. Vinayak Sir and Atul Sir as well as Ashwini Mam , the CXM in the office.!! for all the support provided from day 1. Especially approach from Mr. Atul Sir is really appreciated. He is always there to answer anything and everything. I came in for a once over and was hugely impressed with the standard of workmanship and diligence shown by all staff members. A very thorough test drive for diagnostic purposes followed by a cwreful cleanup and checkover all the components. Very pleasing to see small touches, like the correct tightening pattern of lug nuts and the use of a torque wrench (minor things but skipped over by many mechanics across the world). They are very transparent with their billing and will explain each line item along with helping the customer with the old parts removed from the vehicle to ensure that the customer knows it was changed. The staff always insists on a test drive before the billing which is a huge relief and they will attend to any findings almost immediately. Keep the good work going Atul sir.
