Within the couple days of delivery of my new Tata Nexon, I unfortunately faced a tyre burst issue, which was quite stressful for a new car owner. Despite the initial challenge with the tyre claim, the team patiently listened to my concern, coordinated continuously with Tata Motors and Bridgestone, and ensured the issue was followed up seriously. Thanks to their dedicated efforts, I received a new Bridgestone tyre through goodwill support, which clearly reflects Tata Motors’ customer-first approach.
