Hello Tata Motors , This is the first time I am posting feedback on tata car service over the online media for the first time . I am one of the ordinary customers of tata from 2022 and felt as a privilege customer of this organization yesterday during my car service .It been truly amazing experience from the service staff of tata motors and I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for your outstanding service and dedication by service manager Mr. Pankaj Rathore . Specifically, I wanted to commend you for time you spent on addressing my queries and the level of your patience and helpfulness in resolving the recent issue, apart from that you had a very friendly positive attitude. Service advisor Himanshu – You had been very helpful and addressed my queries and ensured that everything is in right place . You thoroughly explained me the issues and the resolution Thank you, TATA cars service, for continuous dedication.
