Seven star auto corp Pvt Ltd. Got my Safari serviced from the agency. It was a feel good experience where end to end details was checked and taken care. Agency has a good team of Service manager Ranjeet, Service Supervisor S P Mishra, CRM Manager Monika and her team. The team ensure total customer satisfaction. During service it was observed that AC is not cooling properly. Technicians identifying & repairing AC cooling coil was a Herculean task. Team ensured availability of cooling coil in quick time and handed the car back within 48 hours of opening the Job card. Kudos to the team and big thank you. It was a total customer delight.
