    I got an excellent service experience from Sree Gokulam Tata. My Nexon Ev got breakdown on the road and tata customer service teams arranged a towing vehicle to drop off the car on to gokulam tata. I got a call from Antony customer service agent in gokulam tata and he gave me a detailed explanation about the complaint. There is a complaint they find earth cable got broken. Due to the broken case the warranty will not given on the tata policy and also the parts will take to get more than a week. But the team leader Sree Ram and Service Manager Sibi take this case as very seriously and they give my car within 3 days with warranty coverage .Thank you so much for your excellent work for me. thankyou Antony for your excellent customer service .
