I had been facing issues with my Harrier EV for quite some time, and it had spent around 15–20 days at Luxon Service Centre, Trivandrum. Despite several inspections, the issue could not be completely resolved. Based on the trust I had in Mr. Sarith's expertise and service, I decided to bring my Harrier EV all the way from the Trivandrum service centre to Sree Gokulam Motors, Ambattukavu. From the moment I arrived, Mr. Sarith and his team carried out a thorough diagnosis and identified that the problem was actually software-related, not an SAS ECU issue as initially suspected. Their technical expertise, accurate diagnosis, and transparent approach helped resolve the issue without recommending any unnecessary parts replacement. I truly appreciate the professionalism, dedication, and customer-first attitude shown by Mr. Sarith and his entire team. Their honesty, technical knowledge, and commitment to finding the root cause have earned my complete trust. I am writing this review with immense pleasure and I Want to thank from bottom of my heart to Service Manager Mr. Sarith sir and a young dynamic yet with profound knowledge on ev Service advisor Mr. Pranav. I owned Tata Nexon ev on May 11th. During the 1st service there was issue with AC, which was working fine before and stopped working on a fine day. Started working in only in express cooling mode. Informed SA he said blower and other things cleaned will work fine, which does not worked as expected and from palakkad to I drove by turning on windows. Eventually gave complaint and Pranav as SA, he found out the exact reason behind the issue bu evaluating each and every thing which needs to be checked, however it took two days, which irritated me and made nervous. At last it was issue with thermostat which needs a replacement. However they were not having stock and informed that enquiring Tata other dealers and gokulam throught out kerala. But next day it's been informed that order has been placed but it might take 4 to 5 days since stock is not available anywhere and needs to be ordered from Mumbai or Pune . This made me more nervous because it's being a new car and was suffering from severe back ache and I approached manager Mr. Sarith ,who promised and took complete responsibility for arranging the part as earliest and he kept his word and arranged part 3rd day by evening from another dealer from kannur, and he made it reach kochi through one of his friend who was travelling to kochi. Now I assure that we can avoid the gossip that Gokulam motors is "not up to mark in service" " rather they are also far good in " providing excellent service " . I encourage more of People like pranav and Mr. Sarith needs to be motivated and recruited. Also a special thanks to Mrs. Neetha and Mrs. Pratibha CRM.
