I recently bought my Tata Curvv EV from Gokulam Tata Motors, Kalamassery, and I would like to share my experience. Initially, I was confused between a few EV options, including the Hyundai Creta, Maruti e Vitara and Tata Curvv. I visited different showrooms and even a few other Tata Motors branches before making my decision. When I visited Gokulam Tata Motors, we were warmly welcomed and then met Ms. Arya. From the first meeting itself, she was very friendly, calm and helpful. Arya is actually a fresher and this is her first job, but honestly, we never felt that she was a fresher. She explained everything really well, answered all our questions and helped us throughout the process. What I liked most was that she was never pushy about booking or paying the advance. She gave us enough time to decide and kept us updated. Even though it was a very busy time just before Onam, she made sure everything was handled properly. She also arranged our test drive and explained the Curvv EV very nicely. And the best part was that she was the only salesperson from all the showrooms we visited who actually followed up with us. That really stood out to us. We were also pleasantly surprised with the colour we got for our Curvv EV, and we are really happy with our choice. A special thanks to Arya for making the whole experience comfortable and easy. She is a fresher, but she definitely has a lot of potential. Gokulam Tata Motors is lucky to have someone like her.
