Lots of things have changed in a year, had the best experience for my yearly service for tata harrier, I was attended instantly by their employees as soon as I reached and was free in 10 mins. The car was serviced in 6 hours, post that I went again to receive the car, again it was a quick service and was done in 10 mins. I have been going to this service center from 2021, and the experience I had now was 100 times better. Hopefully this only improves and they bring in quick service features also.
