While my overall service was not that good, but specifically Shankar (service advisor) has been very helpful and understanding. The reason why the overall service has not been great is because the acknowledgement and understanding and that translating to an efficient service is not there. Most of the people dont understand the pain each Tata customer has to go through to fix a very small problem. They will solve 80-90% of your problems but that 10% might annoy you a lot. And this is the case with every Tata service centre and not just this.

I own a Tata Nexon vehicle and have serviced it four times at the Venkataramana Tata Motors Kondapur center. Each visit has been excellent, thanks especially to Ms. Sudha, my service advisor. She is professional, knowledgeable, and attentive—addressing every concern and offering timely, valuable suggestions like the extended warranty. The center is clean, well-organized, and has ample parking. Service executives explain issues patiently, and the car wash team delivers superb results, especially the foam interior wash. Highly recommended for their quality, transparency, and customer care.
