    I availed Tata Service at Behrampur for my Safari and had a very satisfying experience from start to finish (1st service, software update, washing etc.). I would like to specially mention Mr. Riyazuddin who is DET (Technical Head) for his knowledge and expertise. His meticulous approach and his friendly, professional attitude truly worth appreciating. Mr. Riyazuddin explained the technical aspects thoroughly and ensured every concern related to infotainment, instrument cluster error and overall features in new Safari was resolved. Also the washing process is automated and very fast but given approach road conditions car is likely to get dirty. I too at first had lot of doubts having heard the experiences of people with Tata Services. The process is time consuming given the complexity and volume of work but after my own experience would Highly recommended for anyone looking for trustworthy, top-notch car service to visit Zedex Behrampur.
