This review is after 3 years of Tata nexon purchase. Overall showroom and service is good but I am blown away by the support from very first salesperson who helped me with purchase. Hardik Vala is one of the best persons I have met from any kind of Sales. He would promptly reply to your queries even after 3 years. He is always concerned about customer service which is out of his scope as he already did sales 3 years back. Hats off to this guy. PS. He never asked me to post any reviews. This is pure customer appreciation
