I visited Tata Motors showroom on April 10, 2026, and overall, my experience was quite positive with a few areas of improvement. The main issue I observed was that the entrance door was kept open between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM, which affected the cooling inside the showroom. Due to this, the air conditioning was not effective, and it felt uncomfortably warm during my visit. Proper temperature control is important for customer comfort, especially during hot weather. Apart from this, the service quality was impressive. The sales staff was professional and attentive. The salesman maintained a detailed approach by noting down requirements in a booklet and explaining everything clearly. Customers were also offered cold drinking water, which was a thoughtful gesture. The staff members are well-trained, cooperative, and knowledgeable. They not only explain the features in detail but also help in comparing different models, making it easier for customers to make decisions. I would like to specifically appreciate Manoj Seth for his excellent support. He provided complete and clear information about the Tata Punch and Tata Nexon in a very professional manner. Overall, a good experience with scope for improving showroom comfort.
