My first car purchase at Chima Tata Kapaloor was truly exceptional, and it was made even more special thanks to the outstanding service provided by Sales Executive Manikandan. I first met him at a car exhibition at Tamukkam three weeks ago, and from that moment, he diligently followed up with me, patiently explaining every detail and ensuring I was well-supported throughout the process. His Team Lead, Jeyaraj, also provided excellent support. I visited the showroom three times before finally booking my Tata Punch Pure model, and each time, the experience was seamless—from documentation and payment to RTO processes and delivery. From the very start of our test drive, Tata Chima (Madurai) Representative Mr. Suresh & Mr. Pravin provided excellent customer service. We initially approached the test drive in the first week of August 2024 with some doubts about buying a new car. However, the exceptional service provided by Mr. Pravin, Mr. Suresh and Mr. Irfan quickly put our concerns to rest. They followed up diligently after the test drive, giving us a clear and reasonable picture of the old car exchange value. They even went the extra mile to meet myself and family at the temple, showing her the new Tata car in person to help us to decide on the color—a gesture that truly impressed us. Once the car arrived, the Accessories team also did a commendable job in communicating with me and explaining the OEM products. They made sure everything was in place, down to installing the FastTag, and delivered the car to my family without any issues. Especially Mr. Suresh, Mr. Pravin and the Tata Chima team did a fantastic job from start to finish.
