I have got my Harrier Fearless plus car delivery at Chima Tata Madurai, kappalur. The whole experience was excellent. I have previously booked the same variant at Chennai Ekkatuthangal Lakshmi Tata. After making me to pay the amount they made me wait for more than a month without giving any proper updates and then I have fought & cancelled booking, got my refund n booked here in my native. From day 1 it was very pleasant experience, with executive Gayathri, HR Ramesh & branch manager I had very good rapport. They were good & done everything I have asked for especially the changes before the pre delivery. As I wanted to do the registration at Chennai they have helped with doing temporary registration processes at Madurai without any hinderance. Now I got registered my car at Chennai with TN10 CB 7771 for my harrier fearless plus. I should appreciate everyone out there especially Gayathri. From day 1 she kept on following everything & whenever I ask for additional works n changes she had done & updated me immediately. On the whole Chima Tata made my car delivery very smooth & gave wonderful experience.
