I am Gp Capt Vishwanath Singh VSM from Indian Air Force. Let me submit that it was heartening to be here amongst the best ppl in servicing business. Apart from the excellent technical acumen the team here has a very big heart. I was driving my XUV 700 AX7L and felt sudden noise from my right front wheel and have to stop on the road on the way to Delhi. As luck would hv it, this service centre was right there. When I narrated my situation. The whole team went out of the way to comfort us I.e. me n my wife. We were given a comfy place to sit with hot coffee n immly the vehicle was attended to. In between a liaison with local service centre of Mahindra was also getting established. This whole process till recovery of vehicle was made so effortless by the kind and professional bunch of personnel at this service centre. They can put to shame any mega city service personnel.
