Just after making a phone call they immediately responded and give me an appointment... The Service Consultant one Mr. Pranav an young gentleman explained the defects and rectified it immediately. The customer lounge in the center is just awesome as it have a attached clean and tidy washroom, A TV, Wifi facility, Coffee & Tea Vending machine, water filter with Cold and hot water dispenser.
