Tata Motors Cars Showroom - Kropex Auto, Dairy Circle

4.5 rating from my end. Got my Altroz XZ(O) delivered today. Thanks to Kropex team, especially Vasudev for making the whole delivery process smooth. Vasudev was easily approachable and helped me in answering all my questions. Overall extremely satisfied with Kropex services. The reason for giving 4.5 stars, not 5, is I didn't get wrist wearable key along with car keys. Salesperson told me that Tata stopped giving the wearable keys now.

Had an overall good experience. There were initial hiccups with the Sales advisor assigned, but once i reported the same to the Team Lead Mr. Girish and Sales Manager Mr. Bipin, they immediately addressed the issues and henceforth they personally looked into the matter and kept me updated about the entire process. Last but not the least, a special mention for Mr. Nagesh from Singasandra branch for his cooperation for making the delivery process seamless. Will update further after my first service.
