I recently availed of car servicing and initiated an insurance claim at Tata, and I would like to share my experience.
Firstly, I want to appreciate Mr. Chitranjan Pandey for his professionalism and support throughout the process. From the moment I handed over the vehicle, he kept me well-informed about the progress, documentation, and timelines. His communication was prompt and clear, which made the entire experience smooth and hassle-free.
The insurance claim was handled efficiently, and I am satisfied with the transparency and minimal paperwork involved. The servicing quality met my expectations — the vehicle was returned in good condition, all necessary repairs were done as promised, and the delivery was on time.
What I appreciated most:

Suggestions for improvement:
• A bit more proactive follow-up from the front desk on estimated delivery

Overall, I’m highly satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend Tata’s service center and Mr. Chitranjan Pandey for handling insurance-related cases.
