I purchased my first car- Punch Adventure Plus variant in January, having completed the booking process in December, and I received the vehicle within a very reasonable timeframe of about 15 days. Overall, my experience has been quite positive and satisfying. Regards to Pinku Samanta and team! The entire process, right from booking to delivery, was handled smoothly with minimal issues. I appreciated the efficiency and timely coordination throughout. While the experience was largely seamless, I do feel that there is some scope for improvement in terms of staff professionalism and customer interaction, which could make the experience even better. Post-delivery, I have also completed the first service, which was satisfactory. It wasn’t exceptional, but it met expectations and was handled without any major concerns. I would especially like to highlight and appreciate the accessories manager, Mr. Sanjeev Singh whose behaviour, support, and overall assistance stood out. His approach was courteous and helpful, making that part of the experience particularly commendable. Overall, I am happy with my purchase and would recommend this dealership for a smooth and hassle-free buying experience.
