Tata Motors Cars Service Centre - Just Services, Taratala

Extremely satisfied with this service centre.... The good thing is ....they just do what is need to be done nothing more nothing less......good knowledge of workers..good handling..good service... even they give good suggestions also

Worried about my Tata Punch 3rd service because TATA service is nightmare. My collegue said to go Just Services as they have good experience from them. I thought to give it a try from there too. Here are my observations: 1) Service team is very much helpful and caring. They gave their best service to resolve my issues. If any problems found while service, they immidiately connect with me and resolve the issue. 2) Service is very much prompt. I have reached there at about 4 PM and they completed the service at about 6 PM. 3) They resolved a complicated issue of mine that Idle Start Stop was not working. They diagnosed with laptop and found the problem that was Neutral Gear Sensor was broken most probably by rat. It was not given under warranty but replaced with charge. I am super happy about it. The problem is gone. 4) They serviced and gave time to time updates in the whatsapp group. Hence I found they are super transparent. 5) Service cost was reasonable. Unlike other service stations they don't try to upsell other products like RSA, AMC etc. which is thumbs up. 6) They are ready to replace my car battery which is under warranty as there is some problem found in the battery. 7) I was in a hurry so I don't wanted to free wash, polish etc. But Gupta ji promised I can do that in next visit without any cost. Only cons I found is that they were offering wheel allignment and balancing for free which I could not understand how they did it. Because it requires some laser machine, which I did not see there. Definitely I will continue service from here next time and get the remaining things done like mileage, AC to get it improved. And I will definitely recommend any TATA owner to give them a try. Thank me later :)
