Our experience with this dealer of TATA Motors is excellent. They have employed capable and highly customer focussed staff. Mr Shivkumar Patil from their sales department is handling our enquiry for an EV. We met him twice while taking a test drive and once at the showroom also. He has been able to handle and clarify all our questions and lead us to the decision stage very well. Interactions with him have been fruitful and positive. I am sure that such committed and competent employees with the dealership and the dealer management team driving the vision of Tata's will make Tata's and dealerships very successful in delivering superior customer value. We are also impressed with the line up of Excellent Electric Vehicles from Tata and the driving experience undoubtedly makes us feel that Tata's will be a significant player in EV's in India and around the world.
