I would like to take this opportunity to share my recent experience with the TATA Nexon purchase at Select Cars, Chandanagar. Mr. Rabbani, the sales representative who assisted me, was highly commendable. He greeted me warmly upon my arrival and exhibited exceptional patience while explaining the various features and variants of the vehicle. His transparency and honesty regarding the pricing of the Creative + PS DCA 1.2 Petrol variant were particularly appreciated. Although I found the showroom space to be somewhat limited and the delivery process not as polished as some other brands, Mr. Rabbani made the entire experience comfortable. He ensured I had all the necessary information and facilities available, and I am grateful for his efforts in providing a seamless transaction. That said, I would like to kindly request that the TATA Showroom at Select Cars consider expanding its facilities and creating a more spacious environment for customers. The current size of the showroom and the accessories area do not match the extensive options available on your online platform. It would be beneficial for customers to have a broader selection on-site. Additionally, the vehicle cleaning and parking area could use improvement. Unfortunately, there was dust accumulation when there was a delay of even 20 minutes before delivery, requiring a subsequent cleaning. Ensuring that vehicles are kept in pristine condition until delivery should be a priority. Despite these minor setbacks, I would like to express my immense gratitude to Mr. Rabbani for his professionalism. He ensured that the vehicle was delivered as planned, without any delays or issues, which contributed to a positive overall experience.
