I am extremely delighted with the services, behaviour, politeness, and customer-first mindset of the Tata Sisothya Manesar showroom. Their GM, Mr. Pramod, is a very decent and well behaved person. Sensing my urgency of need of a vehicle, he personally ensured that my choice of color and model, which was available at Jaipur, was made available to me in just 2 days from the day of the booking. He went above & beyond to pull this off! Their sales advisor Ms. Deepali, is very polite and helpful. Kept me in loop of each & every process. Made my buying experience as smooth as possible. Their final delivery team did their job well, too. Their pantry manager, Mr. Vishwanath, sensing that my new car is little wide for the service lane in the evening, hopped on into his bike and escorted us uptill the next refueling station, by also clearing the traffic ahead of us. They all went above and beyond, just to make sure that my family receives a wonderful car buying experience. Three cheers to them!
