I recently had my car (UP74AK 3343) serviced at Society Motors Kanpur. I must say the experience was outstanding. My car engine head needed to be replaced and the team ensured that all necessary parts were sourced directly from Pune. The entire repair was carried out under warranty and the work done was exceptional A special thanks to Simar Pret and the entire workshop team who explained the issue in detail guided me through the process and kept me updated daily via a WhatsApp group. Since I reside in Chandigarh this level of communication and transparency was extremely reassuring. The staff at Society Motors displayed excellent professionalism skill and customer service. Their approach to work and the way they handle customer concerns truly impressed me. I sincerely appreciate the entire Society Motors team for their dedication and effort. Highly recommend.
