I recently purchased a Tata Nexon EV from Gokulam Tata Motors, Karukutty. Overall, the service experience was very good. The sales executive, Crisanth, and showroom manager, Ansaar, were supportive and ensured a smooth delivery process. The behavior and approach of the entire staff were courteous and professional, which made the experience pleasant. Although not all the offers that were initially mentioned could be provided, I am satisfied with the way the team handled the process. I truly appreciate their efforts and look forward to receiving the same level of support and good service in the after-sales experience as well.
