Tata Motors Cars Service Centre - Kropex Auto, Nanjappa Reddy Layout

I have been a regular customer at this service center since 2023 when I bought my Punch vehicle. This was my first paid service, and the overall experience was smooth and satisfying as always. The servicing was done properly and on time. Mr. Srinivas, the service coordinator assigned to my case, was polite, cordial, and professional throughout the process. He clearly explained the work being done, kept me informed at every step, and ensured all my concerns were addressed. The rest of the staff were also quite friendly and decent. I am happy with the overall service. Highly recommended!
