Overall Very good Experience. The staff was polite friendly and very professional. The Support received from the service advisor (Mr. Vikas Pawar ) was very good and always ready to help you for any small issue. Very good hands on the car service , with his expertise he will find the fault and advise you the bear minimum changes and resolve the issue. Always ask for the confirmation of changes before proceeding to repair. On time delivery with very good washing and cleaning of car. I will recommend you to visit the Rudra service center for your TATA cars service .
