I purchased a Nexon Creative from Gokulum Motors in April and noticed some warning signs on the Instrument Cluster. Taken it to Tata Service centre at Ambattukavu. I had a wonderful experience. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. They listened to my concerns and taken immediate action to sort out the issue. Taken few days to diagnose the fault ,finally a new engine was installed and released my car in perfect condition. I appreciate very much the efforts of the Customer Relationship Manager Prathibha and Service Manager Sibi. Special thanks to The Service Advisor Joms who used to update me the progress of the work on a daily basis.They are really an asset to Gokulum Motors and I wholeheartedly recommend this center for any vehicle related matters.
