Tata Motors Cars Showroom - Luxon Motors, Nedumkandam

I am from Kayamkulam, and was stuck at idukki with my Nexon.ev due to some charging issues. I called at nedumgandam service station and they assisted me with their professionals at no time. Their breakdown team was out with some other issues far from me, 3 main employees from the nedumgandam centre came and resolved the issue and waited till my vehicle charged satisfactorily. Sreeroop, Alex, Emmanuel, Akhil done their job at maximum and as a nexon customer I am really thankful to them and the services they provided on time.

Yesterday, my Tata Tiago broke down in Munnar. I contacted Luxon Service in Nedukandam, and the Service Manager, Mr. Immanuval, arranged for breakdown service with spare parts and resolved the issue. I received a quick response from Luxon Tata Service Manager Mr. Immanuval and his team. They provided good customer care and did a great job. Once again, thanks to Mr. Immanuval, Advisor Girish, and technicians Amal and Alfi.
