I am from Kayamkulam, and was stuck at idukki with my Nexon.ev due to some charging issues. I called at nedumgandam service station and they assisted me with their professionals at no time. Their breakdown team was out with some other issues far from me, 3 main employees from the nedumgandam centre came and resolved the issue and waited till my vehicle charged satisfactorily. Sreeroop, Alex, Emmanuel, Akhil done their job at maximum and as a nexon customer I am really thankful to them and the services they provided on time.
