Tata Motors Cars Showroom - Tejaswi Automobiles, Madhapur

A genuine review I’d like to give a genuine review based on my experience at every touchpoint with the showroom. 24th Sep: I made a general enquiry for Tata Harrier on Tata official website 25th Sep: I got a call from Tejaswi Motors, Hitech city, Hyderabad. A person by name Sarvar called me to check on what I’m looking for. I got few details on phone and Mr. Sarvar requested a visit to showroom. The same day I visited the showroom. Mr. Sarwar not only received us really well but also explained every detail of the vehicle. I was really impressed with new safari for obvious reasons and took a test drive. I haven’t discussed the price as I was looking for exchanging my old car. And that day, I visited the showroom with my friend so couldn’t get my old car evaluated. 26th Sep: I called up Mr. Sarwar to make appointment for showroom visit. He told me he was on leave and assigned one of his colleagues. I got my car evaluated by Mr. Vishnu Vardhan. However, I didn’t make a final decision as Mr. Sarwar was not there. 27th Sep: I visited the showroom again and Mr. Vishnu offered me a decent exchange value and Mr. Sarwar offered some additional discount, provided I book the car that day. I was impressed with the car so much that I booked it instantly and gave my old car the same day. Although I haven’t got the new one delivered, these two gentlemen are very supportive and got lot of patience explaining the process and clearing any questions. They also offered me to check the vehicle (PDI) before billing on my name, which is a very good gesture, as this reassures the product quality and trust with the dealership as well. So far, my experience has been very good with the dealership and I’d like to take some time to appreciate efforts of Mr. Sarvar and Mr. Vishnuvardhan. I shall update this review as I progress further.
