Vasu sir was really helpful in getting the battery issue fixed promptly. Guided correctly to get the issue resolved. Overall very good experience.

Initial Hiccups, but Exemplary Resolution by Vasu Ji I visited this service center from Kharghar after seeing great reviews , but my first experience was disappointing. I had brought my new car in for a rear damage insurance claim, but upon delivery, I discovered that the front bumper had been damaged, paint has bubbles & rear camera went foggy while at the workshop. However, Vasu ji stepped in and assured me that he would resolve it during my next visit & it was due to heavy rain all day in the month pf July 2026. True to his word, when I returned for the next claim in October 2026 , Vasu ji took full responsibility. Not only was the front bumper replaced completely hassle-free, but my rear Tata Punch Camera—which had developed a foggy lens upon last visit—was also replaced smoothly under warranty. The overall repair and insurance work this time around was top-notch, and the vehicle was handled with great care. The only major downside to this facility is the severe lack of space; the premises are quite cramped and crowded, making vehicle parking and movement challenging. That said, Vasu ji's professionalism, honesty, and commitment completely turned my experience around. I am fully satisfied with the resolution this time. A huge thank you to Vasu ji for his support! Traveling so far from Kharghar was truly worthy
