Thanks for sharing Tata Altroz details and approch is very nice.....Thanks...

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently purchased a Tata Nexon from the Tata showroom, and I would like to share my wonderful experience, especially because of the excellent service provided by Mr. Mohammad Kaif. From the very beginning, Mr. Mohammad Kaif was extremely professional, friendly, and patient. He clearly explained everything about the car, including its features, offers, and all the necessary details, making the entire process easy for us to understand. What impressed us the most was the way he organized both the Pooja delivery and the regular delivery so beautifully. He made sure everything was arranged perfectly and that we had a memorable and satisfying experience as customers. He never made us feel like it was just about making a sale. Instead, he genuinely understood our requirements and did his best from the customer’s point of view. His dedication, communication, and personal attention made the entire car-buying experience smooth and enjoyable. For our Tata Nexon purchase, I would honestly rate the overall service 10/10, and the main reason for that is Mr. Mohammad Kaif. A big thanks to him for making our car-buying experience so special! Highly recommended. ❤️🚗 Thank you, Mr. Mohammad Kaif, for your excellent service and support! Cons…………: ⭐⭐⭐ I would also like to share some honest feedback regarding my experience with the showroom’s ASM, Mr. Nallappan. Unfortunately, my interaction with him was not a positive experience. When we initially went to book the car, I felt that there was too much pressure to make the booking, with repeated statements that the car would come only if we booked immediately. The way this was communicated felt more like sales pressure than customer guidance, and honestly, it was quite demotivating for us. Considering his position and experience as an ASM, I expected a more customer-friendly and professional approach. Customers should feel comfortable making an informed decision rather than feeling pressured into booking. Later, when we came to collect the invoice and insurance, there were some delays due to server-related issues. In that situation, Mr. Mohammad Kaif handled everything patiently and explained the situation clearly, making sure we did not get unnecessarily upset. He made the process much easier for us. However, when everything was almost completed, Mr. Nallappan again came in and told us that we simply had to wait, and that the documents might be ready at 6 PM or even 8 PM. The way this was communicated at that moment was disappointing and affected what had otherwise been a smooth experience. From my personal experience, I would rate Mr. Nallappan’s customer handling and communication 3/10. This rating is not about the showroom or the vehicle; it is specifically based on my experience with his approach, communication, and behaviour towards us as customers. At the same time, I would like to sincerely appreciate Mr. Mohammad Kaif, whose patience, professionalism, and customer-focused approach made a significant difference throughout our purchase journey. I hope the management takes this feedback constructively and focuses on making the customer experience even better.
