They have given the best service we have purchased the car Tata punch and the all the service and staff was very good

I was on the lookout for a new car purchase in September. The main criteria of my purchase was to have the car delivered within Ganesh Festival this year. Visited almost all of the Dealerships in Chembur. Though I was out late -- Yogesh provided a brief demo of the cars I was interested in even though the showroom was closing, Which was a very kind gesture by him. After checking out Tata Punch and Altroz I was sure to get Tata Punch. I was provided the brochure and price list on whatsapp. In about a day I had finalized the model and color. On the Auspicious day of Ganesh Chaturti I had done the the Booking of the Car with my Family. The next couple of days followed with communication with the dealerships team members from Finance, RTO Registration, Insurance etc. A WhatsApp group was created with some key members of the Dealership, Which felt like a smart idea to have all the communication of my sale in one single place. But after a few days the chat went silent and people were individually contacting me for details, Something that could've been done in the Group itself which would've made it professional and easy to coordinate. Often times It was observed that the same document was being requested by different teams which was already provided upfront, The team could recirculate the common documents like Aadhaar, driving license etc. instead of relying on the customer all the time. At a point there seemed to be a miscommunication as well between the agreed insurance quotation between the insurance and sales team. I had to request the insurance team to verify all details about my sale with the sales team for any doubts. Through all this, all the processes were done quickly and I was provided delivery of the Car on the Auspicious Tuesday of 22nd September (eight days after the booking). There weren't much discount provided by the dealership on the car or accessories. I went with a Dashacam and Foglamp but it wasn't a bummer as I wasn't interested in much of the Accessories. The documents handover at the time of delivery was done well.. But the features, accessories demo could have been better as I was only shown the basics of the car features and was directed to read the pdf to install and operate the dashcam. Post the delivery It has been a great experience, Yogesh has been helpful in providing guidance or help if I am stuck with an issue. I have also been getting a lot of travel, vacation and membership offers from some unknown businesses who are aware that I have purchased a new Tata Car. I am not aware how my information is passed on to these businesses. So be aware of such calls as they are all scamsters. The dealership can also help in this by avoiding to pass personal information to these businesses. I hope the great experience continues with after sales support and service center visits as I am about to touch my first service mark. All in All it was a great first time car purchase experience, Thanks to Yogesh and Team in Puneet Tata for getting me the car within stipulated time. I wish everyone in Puneet Tata do well in the foreseeable future.
