Tata Motors Cars Service Centre - FPL, Chromepet

This was my first service experience with FPL Tata Motors, and I honestly did not expect this level of professionalism. I opted for home pickup, and the pickup person took detailed photos of the car (inside and outside) and shared them with me before taking it. That gave me confidence right from the start. Once the car reached the service center, I received a confirmation call. After that, a WhatsApp group was created where the team kept sharing photos and videos of the work being done. This level of transparency is something I really appreciated. A special mention to Saravanan, who handled my service. He explained everything clearly, including why each item was suggested and the cost involved. Nothing was done without my approval, and there was absolutely no pressure to add unnecessary items. The entire process was smooth, from pickup to delivery. The car was delivered on time as promised, and the payment process was also hassle-free. Overall, a very transparent and customer friendly experience. Definitely changed my perception of Tata service. Thanks to the entire team for the great support.

Great experience with FPL Tata service Chrompet. I would say this is the first time I did a major service without a single followup. They follow checklist, take pictures and send to customers which is really appreciated. Advisor Mr.Gokul, knowledgeable person coordinated and supported well from start to end. Highly recommended. I would say for those who say Tata is poor in service I would recommend this service station. Thanks team. Good job
