Tata Motors Cars Service Centre - FPL, Thanjavur

I had a very positive experience with FPL Tata Service Center, Thanjavur. After driving from Chennai to Thanjavur, I started noticing a strong petrol smell from my car. The next day, I took the vehicle to the service center for inspection. The team quickly diagnosed the issue as a fuel line leak caused by a rat bite. Unfortunately, the required fuel hose was not available at their showroom, nor could it be sourced from nearby locations such as Trichy at short notice. Instead of simply asking me to wait for the part, the technicians came up with a practical solution by carefully patching the damaged section using a connector. They charged only ₹50 for the connector which they had to source from old bus stand and ensured the repair was done properly. Thanks to their prompt diagnosis, technical expertise, and willingness to help, I was able to drive safely back to Chennai without any issues. I especially appreciated their honesty, problem-solving approach, and reasonable charges. My sincere thanks to the service team at FPL Tata Thanjavur for their excellent support during an unexpected situation.
